EASY PAO DE QUEIJO a.k.a Brazilian Cheese Ball VIDEO

As many of you know, I wrote a post about Pao de Queijo a while back called Brazilian Cheesy Balls of Wonder… and linked to the SimplyRecipes method for making them in a blender. I have since made many batches of these cheesy little balls that disappear only minutes later. I decided that this recipe deserved it’s own video.

Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel to keep abreast of all of my latest video endeavors. I will be posting once a week. I cringe as I write this because it will be no easy feat, but I have lots to share and since I learn by seeing, I figure this is the best way to share what I know and hopefully make you laugh.

I can attest that these cheesy balls were delish!! The dough is so fresh and moist – it literally just melts in your mouth. And making them in a mini muffin tin is perfect as they make great appetizers/finger foods for guests (if you don’t eat them all yourself)!
